Loved one sat 2 hours in her own waste, no one would change her Employee caught going through loved ones personals Rude nurses, ignore patients needs, talk rudely to patients I wouldn't put my dog in this facility Therapy is not substantial, you must complain over and over again to get something done COVID outbreak, staff did NOT follow protocol Medications given to loved one that she had no idea what it was or why it was given to her Very inconsistent, care ignored if loved ones don't complain Facility needs to be shut down Meals are inappropriate for patients with high blood pressure or diabetes, unbalanced meals served cold, late evening snacks were NEVER served Futurecare Pineview needs to be shut down

I tried to be optimistic that the negative reviews I read regarding Future Care Pineview were an exaggeration, but unfortunately, I’ve witnessed on more than one occasion that they are not. My relative is here only because there were no other beds available at the time of her hospital discharge. Staff have entered the room without knocking, identifying themselves, or having on a nametag. Physical Therapy is 30 minutes or less in a 24-hour day, five days a week and only four days a week if a holiday falls on the weekend; also can also be missed due to patients waiting to be cleaned. Weekends are grossly under-staffed.
