Excellent customer service. The nurses and aides take top notch care of my mother who has been there for almost 2 years. Anytime an issue is addressed it is immediately looked into and taken care of. The other residents in the facility are always happy and moving around. Lots of activities that they can join in such as BINGO which my mother loves to play. Thank you to all the staff at White Sands for taking such great care of my loved one.
