Worst of the worst. Negligence abounds. Ask for their January 2024 state investigation Staff starting at the top. Toxic. Negligent and seems to want to continue defending these abhorrent practices and total lack of compassion. Never ever consider this facilty. Learn from others were weren’t so fortunate on the outcome of their non action.

So unhappy with this place! My Mom went in for therapy after a hospital stay. Some staff were great, but most were neglectful. Food was horrible. All complaints fell on deaths ear. Mom hit her head and broke two toes and no one knew anything. She was there for four weeks and was only showered once. When you try to address an issue, you receive excuses or a combative attitude from staff! I didn't even want to give them a heart but had to just to submit my review.

My mother in law was there 3 weeks for rehab. Could not get up without assistance. Only showered 2 times, bed sheet only changed 2 times, room not being cleaned, waiting for assistance 30 min to an hr on the average, complaints fell on deaf ears more than once. Food was not that great. Some....of the staff was great. Most. Of the residents ate in their rooms. Therapy people were nice. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Care not acceptable.
