Glenwood Healthcare - Glenpool

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! It is a terrible place. I was in there for rehab and didn't need a lot of help, but I needed information which I was not given. When I was transported there from the hospital, I was just "dumped" in a bed and not told anything. Found my call button didn't even work. There isn't enough room here to go into the things that I observed (like a resident eating off the floor). No one had ever told me I needed the oxygen all the time. When I learned that I did need it, I had to have my portable tank brought from home. I was there for 13 days and the only shower I had was when my sister helped me. I had to beg to have a clean washcloth and towel so I could give myself a sponge bath. In the dining room staff went out to smoke, coming back in and passing out trays with no handwashing. The trays were used over and over without being cleaned. I could go on and on!
