I have lived at Echo Ridge in Knoxville,Tn for two years. I love my home. The community is great. I have made so many good friends. I would recommend Echo Ridge to anyone who wants a lively place to live.

We love this Place

Very caring staff. Father in law has been there 6 months. Would not hesitate to recommend. Would have given 5 stars except for some billing errors that have been difficult to get straightened out. Maybe problem is from corporate level and not necessarily local office. Nothing that didn't get worked out but just a hassle. Most important thing is that the level of care and staff are great though!

My father has been at South High Senior Living since November 2023. He resides on the assisted living side of the community. The facility is inviting and beautiful. What is most important to note is the care he receives around the clock. The staff is compassionate and qualified. The Director of Nursing, Stephanie Patmore goes above and beyond her call of duty to make certain the residents are being care for properly. The entire staff is exceptional! The food, the activities and the atmosphere is better than I even expected! I would highly recommend this facility to any family looking for a home for their loved one!!
