Our experience at the rehabilitation center was challenging to say the least. We encountered concerns regarding aspects of care from the beginning, including issues with medication, insulin management, and nutrition. Despite several discussions with the staff, there were instances where directives from the doctor seemed to be overlooked, impacting my mother's health. Throughout her stay, we observed shortcomings in wound care, response times, rehabilitation efforts, and communication. Despite efforts to address these concerns, the expected improvements did not materialize, and the care provided did not meet the facility's promises on her onboarding.
