Matt Metoxen

Matt became a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) with the mission of helping seniors and families during a period of crisis and transition. He built this business based on a crisis he experienced in his own family. One of his children had a health crisis during the Covid lockdown, and there was a definite lack of help. He wanted to make sure that families had a business that could point them in the right direction when their senior loved ones were having difficulty. Prior to starting this business, Matt spent seven years as a sales/project manager for a Wisconsin-based lighting manufacturer, ensuring all the right people and resources were in place to accomplish complex projects with an extreme focus on customer service. He brings that same approach to this work—making sure families get connected to the right people and resources to help their loved ones. Matt loves the stories of people’s lives and finds them fascinating. His grandfather was a big influence in his life. He started out in poverty and built a successful business that still stands today. He loved telling stories of being in the Service, about his business, and his family. In 2016, he had to go into assisted living due to deteriorating health; it was a stressful time for him and for the entire family. They didn’t have anyone advising them on the proper questions to ask or steps to take. Today, Matt and his team utilize their unique skills to help seniors and their families during a challenging time. Their aim is to listen to each unique story so they can be a resource and partner during this transition. They look forward to hearing yours.
