About me

Tillie Matthews has a passion for helping seniors, inspired by her experiences with her grandparents as a child. Tillie began her career in senior living in 2009, holding positions as a Director of Marketing and a Regional Director. After over 15 years of experience in many aspects of senior living such as Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care becoming a Placement Agent seemed like the next appropriate step. Although it has been rewarding to help so many families at the community level; Tillie has found her true calling as a Placement Agent, helping numerous families and impacting seniors' lives. She is dedicated to her community and committed to serving others. Tillie volunteers at the Special Olympics where her son participates as an athlete. She is also an active participant in the Alzheimer’s Association. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, camping, and road trips with her family and her two Huskies.
