She worked as a hospital and community case manager assisting families and seniors with placement to care homes, long term care facilities, and coordinating senior care services. She also worked as an inspector for the State of Hawaii licensing foster care homes and has extensive knowledge of the regulations. She also earned her certification as a Resident Assessment Coordinator nurse which is the gold standard in long term care facilities which focuses on safety, quality care and emotional well being of the seniors. With Rose’s wealth of knowledge and expertise, she founded Elite CareFinders in 2020 to provide a FREE high quality placement service for the community. She provides seniors and their families expert guidance, one on one assistance, and quick and efficient service. She wants to help you by relieving the stress, worry , and time intensive work of searching for a place for your loved one. She provides custom search based on your loved ones unique needs, budget, location and preferences. She will also accompany you to tour if needed. Rose uses her clinical expertise and performs a complimentary nursing and level of care assessment of your loved one at home or virtually, and uses the Elite CareFinders method to help match them to the right setting to receive the care they need. Rose verifies the care homes/communities are licensed by the State, she individually inspects every home/community to ensure a clean and comfortable setting, she interviews each care provider to obtain information of their skills, their services such as types of food, socialization, and activities they offer, details of their homes, as well as staffing. Rose goes beyond and created a modern and easy approach to touring the homes and communities in her network.
