Erika McCullough founded Beyond Success Adultcare Services with a mission to fulfill the needs of the elderly and their families seeking care options. As an Adult Day Care Program Director, Erika had already spent considerable time working closely with the adult care community, dedicating her career to improving and enriching their lives.
She realized that there was a significant need for Adult and Senior Care in the Baltimore-area thus, she began Beyond Success! She continues to help families find the right fitting care options in the Greator Baltimore Area.

Erika has been working in Adultcare for nearly 20 years. Her rewarding experience in the Adult care industry inspired her to create her own placement service, Beyond Success Adultcare. This service assists adults and seniors along with their families through the process of selecting an appropriate care community by helping them to understand the different levels of care options. Erika has gained significant knowledge and understanding of all the local adult and senior communities as well as the amenities they offer. She takes great pride in advocating on behalf of the families she services to relieve the stress, worry, and anxiety that often come with searching for senior living.
