The level of genuine care demonstrated by Bella Vista’s leadership manifests in the culture of the facility, its cleanliness and the responsiveness of the staff. There is not a staff person there who my family has not felt was personally engaged in accommodating the residents. At the risk of neglecting to name others who should also be recognized, I have to give a shout out to Adriana, Sheri and Teri for their professionalism and compassion. We placed my 91 year old mother in an independent living apartment there four months ago following the sudden death of her husband of nearly 70 years. Her son had died less than a week earlier at Christmas. My mother has a fair degree of dementia and could not live alone. There had been no preparation for my mother to move into senior living and she was resistant to making the move. However, the Bella Vista team was most welcoming during one of the lowest moments in my mother’s life and helped her rapidly integrate into the Bella Vista communi
