Over the past year and a half, I visited a family member at least weekly in the memory care facility. The activity director, Gloria T, does an admirable job of providing activities for the residents who can still participate, and she provides feedback if staffing levels impact the level of care provided. She welcomes visitors and also provides counsel and a listening ear for grieving family members. As for the staff, they are well trained and compassionate people who have a gift for drawing out the residents. I commend them and the excellent Hospice nurse, Janice, who eased the transition for our loved one from life until death. Well done!
