The reviews for Atria Longmont present a mixed picture, highlighting both positive and negative aspects of the facility. On the positive side, many residents and their families appreciate the friendly and attentive staff, who are often described as caring and helpful. The facility is praised for its clean and well-maintained environment, with a variety of activities and amenities such as exercise rooms, beauty parlors, and dining options. Residents enjoy the social environment and the support provided during transitions from independent to assisted living. The management's efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic are also commended. However, there are significant criticisms as well. Some reviews mention poor management, particularly concerning the director, Katie, and issues with staff treatment, leading to high turnover. Complaints about the food quality and dining service are common, with some residents finding the meals unsatisfactory. There are also concerns about the high cost of living at Atria Longmont, with some feeling it is overpriced compared to similar facilities. Additionally, a few reviews highlight negative experiences with billing and communication, particularly regarding refunds and responsiveness to complaints. Overall, while Atria Longmont is appreciated for its community atmosphere and amenities, there are notable concerns about management, food quality, and cost that potential residents and their families should consider.

Living at Atria Longmont has been a great experience for my mother. The staff have gone out of their way to make sure her transition from independent living to assisted living was as smooth as possible. You can tell they really care about their residents, even when it's hard. They had taken extra precautions during the Covid outbreak to keep everyone safe. My mother enjoys all the activities that are offered there such as making necklaces and bracelets as well as attending Nature Night every Wednesday. I am happy knowing that she is in such a great place with people who care about her wellbeing and quality of life.
