I have been living here for over 3 years. The quality of service has steadily deteriorated in that time. I have had to wait between appetizer and main course over an hour only to have the wrong order served to me and I have to wait (hungry) and hope it's correct the second time, which it is not always correct even the second time. The Executive Director ignores me as if I were invisible. I have to submit a work order to get the air conditioner filter changed, or they may never change it. Half the time the work order gets lost and I have to wait another week. That should be AUTOMATIC MAINTENANCE. Shouldn't have to prepare a work order. Happy hour for early birds, and certain people have needs to eat early... the fact is, a 3:30 pm Happy Hour is offered, and it is rare to be able to get a drink at that time. SHORT STAFFED, because they don't pay enough to keep steady, COMPETENT, help. But the rent has increased beyond most people's ability to pay at those increases. POOR MANAGEMENT.

Been living here 3 years and it seems to get worse as time goes on. My rent has been increased 10% each year over 3 years and the dining experience declines with time. I have had four (4) dinners in a row completely messed up and I have had to wait over an hour for my dinner tonight after the last "mess-up". I have to request a person to change my air conditioner filter every three months and half the time they lose the work order and I have to call again, just to ask for ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. It is aggravating to see the manner in which this place is managed, especially being in the position of living here. I have no room in the way I was brought up to in any way commend tis place on an over-all basis. I am here and it is a major PITA to even fathom moving. This place is in an excellent location. I love the neighborhood, all of my doctors are close as is my hospital. I just find it so totally aggravating that the place is so terribly, POORLY managed.
