Rochelle overpromises and undelivered. She has no idea what shes selling. Upper management is corrupt and only cares about numbers, not resident care. You get a great leader and they resign because you don’t know how to run an assisted living profile. Keeping bodies to hold census for your owners isn’t the way to run a business. Human lives at stake. Pay your employees, I’ve heard today while at property there are a lot of staff waiting on their paychecks - which should’ve been paid yesterday. There should be alternate arrangements made for your staff of weather is an issue. So you don’t care about your staff or your residents? Families like me have interviewed with channel 8 on how you run things.
