And of course I started Senior Le, after sort of witnessing first hand. How hard it it was for families to go through this process and really wanting to give them a better experience.

Christine Healy: from a family of senior living operators, I feel like we've come to the right place. So one of the communities I wanted to ask you about. It's called the Mariner, and it's in Marblehead, mass, what do you know about this community?

arthurbretschneiderimac: Yeah. So this is a brand new senior living community. It's located on Pleasant Street. So Central Marblehead. Minutes away from the sort of historic district. You know, this is like in a quaint coastal New England town. It's about an hour outside of downtown Boston. A beautiful area.

New England coastal style, even with the design. And so yeah, it's like that Cape Cod style building and and and they've and they've built it in a way, also that it can support. You know, older adults with all sorts of different levels of care. So they're

And as I mentioned, the community, was developed by Northridge communities, which is an operator that's actually based and they manage about 20 properties. You know, in the area.

So you'll you'll be able to potentially get a studio or a one bedroom, a one bedroom like a larger one, bedroom with a den or even a 2 bedroom apartment, and so you know, typically like one bed larger. One bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are a little harder to get but they're there. And so you know whether you're looking for
