I have a friend that has lived there for over two years. As far as I know, there are no apartments in independent living even close to the $2400 you reference. Her rent started at $4100 (a small 1 bedroom) and after 2 years beginning in 2026 will be over $4600. They do however offer lots of activities, a snack bar, restaurant, piano bar and many many really nice employees.
