With 4 communities across the country and more than 15,900 residents, Five Star Senior Living was founded in 2000 and has been in business for 26 years. These communities offer independent living, assisted living, memory care, and respite care services to older adults, helping them maintain as much independence as possible as they age. Led by CEO Jeffrey Leer, Five Star is frequently recognized by the "Best of the Best" Awards from the Assisted Living Federation of America and the American Health Care Association's Quality Awards.

Five Star communities offer Lifestyle360 programming to residents, enriching their intellectual, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. This rebranding was announced in 2022, though the Five Star brand will continue to operate independently, as will its associated Ageility division of rehabilitation clinics.
