This is a review for Ciel of Princeton. My family member has been at this facility for just over one week. Very beautiful. It is clean and well kept both inside and outside. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This facility has exceeded my familily's expectations.

My mom is very happy at Ciel Collierville. They community has gone through some changes and our family has seen positive outcomes and a lot of heart from the staff and new management. We can't wait to see what 2024 has in store for Ciel.

The marketing lady will feed you sweet stories to make a sale. Once that happens you’re in for a rude awakening. The Ed and business office manager are from up north and have worked with the company for years. This is a family and friends ran business. Their priority is the business. They Don is lazy and prefers to do arts and crafts all day instead of seeing to her residents and staff. It’s a pretty building so you will be wowed based off of appearance. This is new management with the same company they just changed their name and kept the same old business practice. However, there are other facilities in the area that are way better.

It’s a beautiful community. But the care provided is not at all consistent with such a beautiful place. My parent stayed in the memory care unit for 4 months. Everyone seemed nice at first; however things went downhill quickly. My father has diet restrictions- has gout and other health issues. He was served beef regularly and he feet stayed swollen. Housekeeping was inconsistent and poor. I had to constantly remind them to change the bed linens; the bathroom was only cleaned on request and there were always excuses as to why the laundry wasn’t done. I regularly found wet diapers on the floor in his room (he changed himself) or left in the trash, which made the room stink. Lots of turnover in caregivers, but there was very little training and no communication between shifts, so we had to constantly tell everybody what to do. Each resident is an individual and needs to be treated as such. Management did not resolve any complaints. They don’t truly understand dementia patients.
