The reviews for The Summit of Germantown and Brightmore of East Memphis present a mixed picture of these senior living facilities. The Summit of Germantown receives praise for its beautiful environment, friendly staff, and quality food, with many residents and their families expressing satisfaction with the care and amenities provided. However, some reviews highlight issues such as understaffing, slow response times, and management changes that have affected service quality. Concerns about medical care, particularly in assisted living and memory care, are noted, with some residents experiencing inadequate attention and delayed emergency responses. Brightmore of East Memphis is lauded for its modern facilities, welcoming atmosphere, and attentive staff, particularly Lee Ann Harris, who is frequently mentioned for her exceptional service and support. The facility offers a range of activities and amenities, contributing to a positive living experience for residents. However, some reviews point out the lack of included meals in the rent and the absence of medical alert systems in independent living units as drawbacks. Despite these concerns, many residents and their families express high satisfaction with the overall experience, emphasizing the facility's cleanliness, safety, and community engagement. Overall, both facilities are appreciated for their aesthetics and staff dedication, but they face challenges related to staffing and specific service offerings. Residents and families are generally pleased with their experiences, though some suggest improvements in medical care and management responsiveness.
