"Most of the staff at Willow Falls are friendly and compassionate, however, one of the nurses is rather surly and rude. Services are pretty good, however, the response to pushing the pendant button for help is not always reliable.I fell late one evening, knocking over my walker. , and no one came to help. Fortunately, I was not badly hurt, but it took about 30 minutes for me to be able to get up by myself and get into bed. "Thank you so very much for the great time I had at my Monarch Staycation. I can tell that you put a lot of time & effort into the schedule to give me a great feeling of what Monarch is all about. The food was wonderful. The servers are the best I’ve ever seen, especially Josh, Thursday dinner server. He anticipated all our needs, offering other options for my granddaughter because she is allergic to dairy. The Spanish Tapas dinner with music was wonderful as was the “Cruisin’ with the Loop” concert.
