I am deeply disappointed with the decline of Blair House Retirement Home since the change in management. This once wonderful place, where residents were genuinely cared for and treated with dignity, has unfortunately gone downhill. The quality of the food has noticeably declined — meals that were once nutritious and enjoyable are now often unappetizing and lacking variety. Activities that used to keep residents engaged and stimulated have been reduced or poorly organized, leaving many feeling bored and disconnected. Most concerning is the change in staff morale and attentiveness. There seems to be less compassion, less communication, and an overall lack of the warmth that once made this community special. It’s heartbreaking to see such a significant drop in the standard of care.

I was at Blair house for 4 years and it was great. However, management changes negatively impacted the entire community.. some key people were let go or left and this was a great detriment to the community.. corporate doesn't seem to see or address the issues, so residents are leaving.. it used to be a wonderful community.
