"This place has went down hill!! The food is good, but always cold. On Sundays you have a continental breakfast and then a boxed lunch with a sandwich and some cut up vegetables. The activities are the worse, jewelry making once a week, petting a dog, puzzles and movies. They have happy hour and a once a month birthday trivia, which they give you a piece of fruit on lettuce. Many residents have had things stolen from their apartments and the cleaning is terrible. They wash the floor and empty your garbage, but the dust builds up everywhere. "I recently toured Arbor Terrace Highland Park and was completely blown away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the new facility was modern, bright, and very clean. They have 24 hour call button service which was very important to us since our mother is starting to have cognitive issues. "The staff is constantly changing. Food portions are that of a child size plate. Supplies that were delivered from Amazon for my dad have gone missing. We had 45 diapers six days later they were only 11 diapers left and they had gone through 240 adult wipes. Yesterday when my sister brought my dad back to memory care after spending the day at her house, they found somebody else in my dad‘s room sleeping in his bed. His room was locked and he had the key fob so the question is how did somebody get in my dad‘s bed. They have cameras in the room which they try to force you to pay for, so how did this happen?
