"I am so glad that my parents moved to Arbor Terrace almost 2 years ago. The apartments have a lot of natural light which has been a something that both my parents enjoy a lot. "Most of the staff at Willow Falls are friendly and compassionate, however, one of the nurses is rather surly and rude. Services are pretty good, however, the response to pushing the pendant button for help is not always reliable.I fell late one evening, knocking over my walker. , and no one came to help. Fortunately, I was not badly hurt, but it took about 30 minutes for me to be able to get up by myself and get into bed.
