The Auberge at Aspen Park receives mixed reviews, with many praising its caring staff, engaging activities, and clean environment. Residents and their families appreciate the community feel, with activities like cooking, art, and pet therapy enhancing the quality of life. The facility is noted for its skilled nursing care, particularly for memory care and Parkinson's patients, with an on-site doctor available. However, some reviews highlight concerns about understaffing, high costs, and facility maintenance issues, such as non-functional air conditioning. The transition from Silverado management to Frontier has been criticized, with some claiming a decline in care quality. Communication with families is generally good, but there are complaints about the handling of medical care and personal belongings. While some families express dissatisfaction with the level of attention and care, others are grateful for the compassionate staff and the positive impact on their loved ones' well-being. The facility's amenities, like a swimming pool and garden, are appreciated, but the high cost is a concern for some. Overall, while many find The Auberge a supportive and engaging environment, others feel improvements are needed in staffing and facility management.

The Auberge cared for my mother with heart and love. They were there when no one else was. The lifestyle Director has really changed the activities department for the better. Residents are engaged and actually moving when I see them. There Cooks Corner has been my mother’s favorite activity. She smiles like she’s in her kitchen again cooking. Thank you Auberge Staff.

Apparently, if you leave a poor Yelp review in hopes of spurring some changes, they will tell you to move your loved one if you are so unhappy. This from a memory care facility that should know how upsetting a move is for a dementia patient! For the second summer of our stay the air conditioning has been on the fritz. And today? Today we were told that ice is expensive and will only be offered with meals! And, P.S. - the pool hasn’t been operational for the two summers we have been here.

I was impressed with Auberge in March. As the summer has heated up, though, the temperature in the facility has made me less than impressed. I am tired of hearing, “We’re waiting for parts.” “The unit is so old we can’t get parts.” So . . . Get a new unit! This is a difficult enough situation and a summer without air conditioning is just too much to bear. The staff is absolutely wonderful, even while they are spread a bit thin. How they can work in that heat is beyond me. By the way - the executive offices seem to have air conditioning. As long as I am complaining - why isn’t the much-touted pool open? Why are all the memory boxes highlighting the residents still empty after being painted weeks ago? And don’t you dare respond that everyone is short staffed! Stop worrying about corporate profit and pay the folks who do all the work better wages.
