With over 20 years of experience guiding retirees and older adults through downsizing, real estate transitions, and long-term care planning, Rebecca Van Wieren offers a rare combination of professional insight and personal compassion. Her career in senior living began in 2015 when she helped start a senior housing brokerage firm and national placement franchise in San Diego. Since then, she has toured and sold hundreds of communities nationwide, building deep expertise in care quality, operations, and the unique needs of aging families.
In addition to leading a national team of senior housing brokers, Rebecca is the founder of Seaside Senior Concierge, a senior living consulting firm serving San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles. The firm specializes in personalized placement services, aging-in-place consulting, and lifestyle transition planning for discerning families who value discretion, expertise, and high-touch support.
Rebecca holds RCFE Administrator Certification in California and ALF Administrator Certification in Texas, equipping her with comprehensive regulatory and operational knowledge.
