Phill Barklow, President of Experience Senior Living, brings over 30 years of experience in senior living. His focus is on providing quality care and fostering a strong sense of community. Previously, Phill served as Chief Operating Officer at Balfour Senior Living, where he guided growth and improved resident and staff satisfaction. As a member of the Young President's Organization, he collaborates with healthcare, hospitality, and senior living leaders to support innovation and enhance the senior living experience.

My brother is still getting adjusted, only in 2weeks, has Avery nice room in Memory care. My disappointment was nobody on the move in day gave us guidance about food, medicine, laundry or meal time and menu, we had to keep asking questions to figure things out. The staff are all very nice and caring. Cleanness is perfect! There are no snacks available during the day, they give dessert’s after every meal and if you don’t like the meal there are choices available. All in all The Azure is a beautiful place compared to many others we visited before making our decision. We’re hoping my brother will adjust and be happy.
