The Waterford at Ames is very inviting and comforting while being very clean. Housekeeping staff do a great job at making sure the building is clean at all times. They were leaps and bounds better than the other 5 facilities we looked at. I have been going twice a week to see my mom an every time I go she is well taken care of and the staff is always friendly an on top of everything.
