President Judd Harper has led the organization for over 25 years, and oversees an innovative approach to senior care.

Their “Engaged Living” program creates meaningful moments for residents through structured activity and just the right amount of fun. Their “Dining With Dignity” is an award-winning dining program based on a food preparation technique that allows all residents to retain independence and dine from the same menu. The Arbor Company offers an apprenticeship program, Arbor Grows, for Resident Assistants (RA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) that are interested in taking the next steps in their careers. The Arbor Company helps RAs and CNAs to reach their full potential by offering a monthly curriculum that includes training, mentorship with a nurse, and education based on soft skills and sustaining their own well-being. At the end of the training, participants receive a certificate from the Department of Labor for their participation. The Arbor Grows program allows employees to support The Arbor Company’s mission and fully realize high-quality care for residents.

The Arbor Terrace of John's Creek is one of my very favorites. They have some of the best programming for memory care. I love their “Bridge Program,” because it makes this community perfect for loved ones with beginning to mid stage dementia or Alzheimer's. Residents are evaluated on a Gem level/scale of behaviors and capabilities… Which makes it easier for families to understand the journey that their loved one is going through. It's not only a beautiful presentation, but their hearts are in the right place! Staff is fantastic starting with the senior sales counselor and the most amazing sales professional on the planet! She is so knowledgeable and can thoroughly explain all the community's offerings/options.

My MIL has been at Solana for 3+ years. They do a fantastic job with resident care, cleanliness, meals, daily activities, security, hair salon services, COVID-19 care ( immunizations, boosters, wearing masks, keeping residents and their families informed) and special activities for residents and their families ( Holiday Celebrations, & other get togethers). My MIL loves the exercise class, brain games, Bible Study, etc…. We are very happy that SHE is so happy.

I recently moved my parents into the independent living area of Mirabelle, and it has been a great experience. The staff at Mirabelle were incredibly helpful throughout the transition, and they continue to provide excellent service with a genuine care for the residents. The building is beautiful and immaculately kept, with plenty of activities to fill the days. My mom is in early stages of dementia but is able to participate in activities within the memory-care area. The neighborhood is perfect too – a micro-city that offers a wide variety of shopping and dining options with easy access to great medical care. I am so glad that we chose Mirabelle for my parent's new home, as it has made their transition smooth and stress-free.
