Ross Memorial Health Care Center

My father is stuck in this place and absolutely Hates it. My father has been allowed to lie in urine for hours. Sometimes takes hours to get requested medication. When he says he’s hot, one staff member will put a blanket on him. He’ll take it off, then it will angrily be put back on him! wtf?!? There is NO communication with me or other family. I can call, and they’ll let the phone just ring and ring If I disguise my number, they’ll answer. There are no chances to leave a voicemail. The social worker & facility administrator seem to be nonexistent. They’ve allowed another series of Covid infections. It’s always “waiting on a call” and no one ever calls them or me etc. Just seems like patients are dollar signs to them. Once a patient can be independent, they get and force Them to stay
