The need to go in and get an entirely new management team! They treat their employees awful! Most days there is only 2 nurses for the entire building. I have seen staff there 14-16 hours days since they are so under staffed. I have also overheard the director of nursing speak to her staff in very demeaning ways! Corporate management needs to go in there and talk to their staff.
