This is our firsthand review of Woodside in Mt Gilead, Oh : Our loved one has been in this place for over a year now, & receives inadequate care, nutrition, bathing, etc. Days w/out showers, days in the same clothes, feces caked under our loved ones nails & on bed sheets, hair stench is awful & on & on. Toilet is always stopped up ! Reeks to say the least. Every time we request information, this person or that person is on vacation or unavailable. They act secretive about information. This is OUR family member ! We are very unhappy & plan on moving our loved one out of this facilty, of which it’s the only one in the whole county.
