Many residents appreciate the sense of community, with staff and fellow residents often described as friendly and caring. The Executive Director, Rocsana Bowers, is frequently praised for her dedication and warmth. The facility offers a range of activities and services, including transportation, a library, and a pool, which contribute to a vibrant living experience. The dining experience is often commended for its quality, although some reviews mention recent declines in service and food quality due to changes in management. The location is a significant draw, with many residents enjoying the ocean views and proximity to the beach. The facility is described as clean and well-maintained, with a variety of apartment options available. We have had a wonderful experience with the Five Star Premier of Pompano Beach, it's been an ideal place for my mom and dad. Their apartment overlooks the ocean and the activities and dining options are first rate. I did't expect them to be too active, but being within walking distance to a market & nature trails has been good for them. The staff has been kind and helpful throughout, especially early on during their transition.
