I just wanted to do a review on Vista Springs – Parma as to why NOT to put a loved one here: -Very dirty – filthy place – they do not clean the residents or their rooms - sticky kitchen & bathroom floor, don’t throw garbage out. They leave food in the refrigerator for days – months. -Very high turn over with staff – one day they are there working the next they are not there -They don’t take care of their residents – residents can call or buzz for help- they do not come in right away – takes them a long time to check on them to make sure everything is ok – or to even change them -It is in your lease that you can have a car parked there – well all of a sudden they were giving us a hard time – they said if it was not moved – they will have it towed -Staff was nice in the beginning – because they wanted your money – not so much your loved one -Food is terrible – very salty - if you cannot go downstairs to eat – they bring food up to your room – and put it on your little kitchen table – if you cannot get up out of bed – then how are you able to go in your kitchen to eat – then they were going to charge $300.00 a month to bring food to the rooms – then said – oh well – we are not doing that now -For how much they charge – you would think that the rooms would be cleaned and they would help their residents – they just want the money I can keep gong on and on – but in the end – if you love your loved one – this is NOT the place.
