First, let me say this is not misdirected anger coming from a grieving daughter. My mother had a fall and was sent there in July 2024 to the rehabilitation wellness department. Besides, never being able to get anyone on the phone. She would call me crying for basic needs like water, as I assessed her needs, I realize she needed to be out of rehab and put into their skilled nursing where I could not get a nurse or person on the phone as well. I would like to shout out. To Lenny not sure if he was a nurse a CNA, but he treated her like a human. He was the only one . The portal at incorrect information and as a result, I could not say goodbye to my mother before she passed. I would strongly advise no one to leave their loved ones under their care.
