About me
In 2018 Dustin Person founded AMG Quality Care and has been helping people find Senior Living options full time since then. He was born and raised in Arizona in the Southeast Valley and knows the area very well. He focuses his business in this area and knows the assisted living communities and residential assisted livings in the area. He takes a lot of pride in finding the right assisted living for his clients based on their care needs, social needs, location, budget and other factors. Ultimately the most important thing for Dustin is helping his clients and their families find a solution that works for them and that solution is different in every situation.
Dustin joined PASRS(Professional Association of Senior Referral Specialists) in 2019 and joined the board in 2021. He then became Co-President in 2025 and currently serves in that role until the end of 2026.
Dustin has a wife, Ashley who is an RN, and they have a son, Dash. Both Ashley and Dash help with AMG Quality Care in their own ways. Ashley oversees clinical paperwork/assessments and Dash helps brighten people’s days by coming to visit them. When they are not working they love to travel, be active and spend time with friends and family.
