Senior Lifestyle

Chicago-based Senior Lifestyle was founded in 1985, and has been in business for 41 years. Led by President and CEO Jon DeLuca, Senior Lifestyle supports its employees with tuition reimbursement, and has been certified as a Great Place to Work by the Great Place to Work Institute.

Offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing care, and short-term stays to older adults, Senior Lifestyle also provides affordable housing for seniors. In 2020, Senior Lifestyle earned top marks in the J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Study, in part due to the systems they implemented during the pandemic. This included facilitating a voice-to-voice communication system between residents and their families, which also helps staff respond quickly to resident needs. Senior Lifestyle also requests feedback from residents and families using this voice-to-voice technology, garnering more robust response rate than paper or online surveys tend to prompt. From this solicitation of feedback to its award-winning health and wellness programming, Senior Lifestyle is always looking for ways to improve residents' daily experiences. From its first lakefront property in Chicago to its most recent opening, Senior Lifestyle strives to live up to its core values; Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect, and Teamwork.
