My mom has been there for 2 days now been trying to reach out to her but having no luck so far always getting voicemails. I talked to my mother everyday until she got to this place I'm trying to give them the benefit after reading bad reviews but when ppl say nobody answers the phones and I'm getting same issue kinda hard to over look them. They need to fix this issue I know there gonna say they are busy ok well you need someone who does nothing but answer the phone to make sure we get to talk to our loved ones. My 72yr old mother will fill me in once I see her or talk to her and I'll go from there. I hope this place is not misleading is all.

My mom is in here now. This is the worst place I have been for my mom..5 hours to get a nurse to come to you.A resident who screams at the top of his lungs..24 hours a day. I should not have to buy my mom earplugs to sleep. She's been her 3 weeks..no shower no cleaning.her..nothing. Boy the on line web page makes it look so nice. Residents get no tv..no phone.. You have to buy it yourself. Its just all around a place where residents don't get taken care of!
