-Best 334 Facilities Named After Analyzing 500,000 Customer Reviews Across 60,000 Facilities-
San Francisco, April 5, 2024 – Seniorly today released their annual Best of Senior Living Awards 2024 and identified the 334 best facilities in America in 2024. New York’s Inspir Carnegie Hill ranks No. 1, New Jersey’s The Bristal at Wayne ranks No. 2, Massachusetts Anthology of Natick ranks No. 3, and two California facilities --Crestavilla and Casa de Manana -- round out the top five.
The 347 facilities were chosen after analyzing 500,000 online reviews across 60,000 facilities.
For the first time, Seniorly partnered with Skypoint – a leading generative data company– to mine and analyze the customer and family reviews to create a sentiment rating across six categories: cleanliness, dining services, staff ratings, value, care services and overall resident satisfaction. To qualify for the Awards, communities must be in the top two percent of consumer sentiment ratings, be free of licensing violations for the last 36 months and have no evidence of negative media coverage for the last 24 months. Seniorly’s Awards are unique as it includes smaller senior living communities, often called “board-and-care” homes. These communities are vital to America’s senior living infrastructure and often provide high-quality care at exceptional value.
