The food is mediocre at best. It takes way too long to get anything repaired. And the air conditioning in the dining area hasn’t been working and not one of the staff has any idea regarding when it will be repaired.

I recently visited your facility with the intention of bringing my grandmother there as a potential resident. Unfortunately, the experience we had was deeply disappointing and upsetting. The supervisor on site, Kay, was extremely disrespectful. She refused to speak with me and treated both me and my grandmother in a dismissive and unkind manner. Her behavior made us both feel very uncomfortable. My grandmother even begged me not to leave her there due to the hostile environment she felt. I also observed Kay speaking harshly to her employees and using inappropriate language. This kind of conduct is not only unprofessional, but also sets a very negative tone for the entire environment. After speaking with a few current residents, they confirmed our concerns and shared their own experiences of mistreatment. Several mentioned that Kay had forced out many of their friends and regularly uses profanity when speaking to them. She needs to be replaced

I can't say enough good things about Arlington Plaza! My dad has truly found a home here. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure everyone is happy and engaged. The variety of activities and social events keeps everyone active and connected, and my dad has made some great friends. The atmosphere and recently remodeled building create a warm and inviting feel. It’s such a relief to know he in such a positive environment. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a fantastic place for their loved ones!
