"QSL Management, co-founded by Glenn Barclay in 2008, was born from a personal quest to provide better senior living options. Inspired by his son Blake’s relationship with his grandmother and his own struggles to find suitable senior housing for his aging mother-in-law, Barclay established The Blake brand. With a mission to offer comfort, community, and resort-style hospitality, QSL focuses on supporting residents, team members, and promoting wellness, security, and camaraderie.

The company’s values of excellence guide every aspect of care, ensuring world-class service and compassion akin to what one would want for their own loved ones.
